Or send us an email to: support@closersonline.com

Q.I would like to report a player in the game.

A.

For in-game reports, we highly recommend using the ‘Report Player’ feature in-game. Kindly input the reason/summary of your report and we will be checking that report through our logs.

If you are reporting a user that is outside the game but within the Closers premises such as the Official Closers Discord server, Official Closers Fanpage or Twitter page, kindly take a full screenshot of your report along with the details. Send it to our Customer Support under the ‘Report/Sanctions‘ category.

However, we also highly recommend reporting them to the appropriate platform for a stronger rule implementation on the reported user.

Q.Why Some Countries’ IP Addresses Are Blocked

A.

Naddic blocks IP addresses for some countries to meet licensing agreements, comply with legal obligations, and to ensure high-quality experiences.

Naddic doesn’t always have global permission to share games. It’s pretty common for games to have different publishers for different regions. IP addresses are blocked for countries where we don’t have a license to publish the game.

Q.Correct Monitor Resolution for Closers

A.

The minimum supported screen resolution for Closers is 1920 x 1080. Monitors at a lower resolution won’t scale correctly and you’ll probably encounter few problems with the user interface. For that, choose the correct monitor resolution that you currently have.
