You can get Purification Ops Gear by 1) acquiring Locked gear from Planar Gate Gear Deep Zone sector or 2) crafting it through Crafting machine, and upgrade it all the way up to Infinite (Lv. 3 Upgrade).

 

In case Upgrade Level is different among your equipped gears, you will get gear set effect of lower Upgrade Level through gear compatibility, and add options that enhance some skills to Module and Amplifier that Gear, where you can choose a gear to craft for your own skill set.

 

Also, when equipping Core and Trinket (Purified Prison set, Raptor set) that have Ex skills, that skills turn into Ex skills with different skill effect applied.
