FAQ

Q.Licensing Agreements

A.

Naddic doesn’t always have global permission to share games. It’s pretty common for games to have different publishers for different regions. IP addresses are blocked for countries where we don’t have a license to publish the game.

Q.Why Some Countries’ Ip Addresses Are Blocked

A.

Naddic blocks IP addresses for some countries to meet licensing agreements, comply with legal obligations, and to ensure high-quality experiences.

Q.Where can I play Closers?

A.

Countries are blocked to meet licensing agreements or because a high volume of fraudulent traffic comes from the country. See Why Some Country IP Addresses Are Blocked for more information.

Q.Correct Monitor Resolution for Closers

A.

The minimum supported screen resolution for Closers is 1920 x 1080. Monitors at a lower resolution won’t scale correctly and you’ll probably encounter few problems with the user interface. For that, choose the correct monitor resolution that you currently have.
