    Token Expired Update

Hello Agents,


This is to inform everyone about the recent update that we applied to the log-in system. Previously, if a user is receiving a “Login failed” error, the possible reason is that the game is under maintenance or the account’s log-in token has been expired.


Please know that there is a log-in duration in the game website known as “Token”. The token expires after 3 hours starting from the time that you logged-in your account to the web. This doesn’t mean that you will get disconnected every 3 hours from the game, but, it is only an account log-in update on the website if you are trying to log-in again.


During the recent patch update last February 17th, we applied some adjustments with the web log-in. Instead of receiving the notice after the game has been loaded, the notice will appear right before you click on the “Play” button from the launcher. This will notify you early to re-login from the website to refresh your log-in token.


This is also the solution whenever you receive “The token was already expired or invalid token, try again,” notice.
